Description:
There are many subjects to choose from in a variety of areas at FIT. Although 'fashion' is our first name, the college prides itself in saying 'we're more than fashion.' We have courses in everything from comic book drawing to patternmaking, advertising and marketing to jewelry design. These courses are introductory in nature, casual, fun, and definitely not 'sit and observe.' You'll learn 'how to' from an outstanding faculty of artists, designers, and other professionals. There are no portfolio requirements for entry to this program.

Program Information:
FIT's 2009 SUMMER LIVE PROGRAM for High School and Middle School Students
If you're in grades 9-10-11-12 as of September 2009, you qualify for the High School Program.
If you're in grades 7-8-9 as of September 2009, you qualify for the Middle School Program.
Monday through Thursday for 3 weeks, July 6 through July 23, 2009, 9:30 am-12:30 pm; 1:30 pm-4:30 pm.
Spring account activation/ pre-registration begins: March 30, 2009
Course registration begins: April 29, 2009
Course registration ends: June 10, 2009
Summer classes begin: July 6, 2009
